TOP TECH AND TELCO INDUSTRY LEADERS DESCEND ON SOFIA

Sofia, Bulgaria will host a top technology and telecommunications industry event on the 6th and 7th February, as leading global experts come to the Balkan region to discuss the newest innovations and advancements in the industry.

The event comes as Bulgaria assumes the rotating presidency of the European Council since the 1st January 2018, putting a European spotlight on the country. For its second annual Central Eastern event, iCU Events International has chosen the city of Sofia to host the regional networking-event at the Sofia Hotel Balkan.

The participants are a unique blend of executives, C-levels and decision makers of industry-leading techs, telcos, tier 1 & 2 carriers and network operators, enterprise, data centers, IXPS, ISPs, streaming media, CDNs, OTTs and content providers, end users, cloud, securities and solution providers.

The event which will be attended by 300 delegates from around the world, also features an impressive lineup of speakers from global leaders including; Google, SAP and Uber. There will also be exciting discussions and first-class peer networking opportunities during the two-day event.

Jing Ertl-Yang, CEO of iCU International Events outlined why the organisation chose to bring the event to Sofia, “In the last 10 years, the CEE region has been drawing attention as a worthy and fierce competitor in the tech world.
