Danish startup Sensohive welcome Kryton International after partial acquisitions of 30% of the shares

Sensohive was pleased to welcome Kryton International Inc. from Vancouver Canada after partial acquisitions of 30% of the shares. This is a big milestone in Sensohive history and will set new speed on product deployment across the globe and the development of new products.

The global IoT market has been growing rapidly in the past years, and we have seen a huge growth in interest with our own end-to-end solution Maturix. The Maturix solution is a cloud platform helping the construction industry to monitor concrete curing through sensor measurements from our Orbit sensor series using the Sigfox communication protocol.

“It is through the association of major players such as Kryton, Sensohive, and Sigfox, each an expert and disruptor in their field, that the real digital transformation will take place in the construction sector. We are extremely proud to see the winner of our Best Global Star award 2018 grow so quickly in the market.”

Raouti Chehih, Chief Adoption Officer at Sigfox

“We are very proud to announce an investment from such a big global brand like Kryton with more than 50 years of experience serving the concrete industry with innovative products. We are very happy to have found a strong industry partner who shares the same vision as us.”

Casper Harlev, Co-founder and CEO of Sensohive

This investment and partnership will accelerate the international expansion of our Maturix solution and further enhance the foundational technologies and systems around Sensohive. Besides the investment, the introduction of Maturix to the North American market is planned with Kryton – and Kevin Yuers, Vice President – Product Development at Kryton, will take a seat on the board of directors.

Finally, a big thank you to all clients, partners, supporters, investors, and ambassadors who have been helping us on our journey so far.
