TotalSoft to acquire Bucharest-based ABS

Business software solutions provider and integrator TotalSoft, part of Turkish Logo, has started the procedures to buy Architected Business Solutions (ABS), a business management consultancy group based in Bucharest, as a press release informs.

As part of its growth strategy, TotalSoft aims to establish a new business unit focused on management consulting and further strengthen the existing retail and outsourcing services by integrating ABS’ team of 50 consultants and client portfolio. The combination of resources will provide added value to both local and international clients and further widen TotalSoft’s business services offering.

“The acquisition of ABS and its merger with TotalSoft brings an infusion of know-how and valuable resources for TotalSoft, further contributing to our company’s ambitious growth objectives in Romania and abroad. The vast expertise of ABS in international management consulting, as well as complementary outsourcing services, will provide an added value to our existing and future clients. At the same time, ABS’ experience in retail consultancy and membership to Ebeltoft Group, the International Retail Experts network, further strengthens our offering and exposure for the retail segment”, stated Onder Eren, CEO TotalSoft.

Upon completion of the merger procedures, it is foreseen for ABS shareholders to have a 20% shares in TotalSoft.

Additionally, following the start of the merger procedures, Gorkem Tursucu, Managing Director of ABS, will be appointed Chief Operations Officer of TotalSoft, responsible for the further growth and development of TotalSoft’s operations, as well as leading the transformation process of the organization into an innovative and agile digital partner for the clients.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Gorkem Tursucu has been managing ABS for the past 12 years.
