Cador also has experience as Sales Manager in de software world when he worked for Siveco & ODOO.

“We are delighted to welcome Thomas into the Visiotalent family,” said CEO Gonzague Lefebvre. “His strong professional background and in-depth knowledge of the local market will help us meet our international growth goals, as well as establishing stronger commercial relationships with our regional clients and partners.”

“I’m both honoured and excited to be appointed as Country Manager for Visiotalent Benelux. I’m looking forward to working with our talented team to ensure growth and success in the regional market”, commented Thomas Cador. “The challenging economic environment offers a great opportunity for Visiotalent to grow in this market.”

Luxembourg is part of our Benelux development strategy. As Luxembourg has a big variety of profiles (a great range of ages, languages, origins) it is for Visiotalent a very strategic market.

Since its launch, Visiotalent has worked with hundreds of thousands of candidates in more than 75 countries. Currently more than 300 companies across France, Europe and Russia use Visiotalent as part of their recruitment process including ING, Blablacar, Leroy Merlin, Showroomprivé, Orange, Cartier, Burger King and Deloitte.

As a fast-growing start-up founded in 2014 by Gonzague Lefebvre and Louis Coulon, Visiotalent offers innovative online video interview solutions. By enabling HR professionals to invite candidates to record an online video interview as part of their application, Visiotalent helps recruiters in identifying the best candidates more effectively, faster, while saving time and containing costs. Headquartered in Lille, Visiotalent also has offices in Paris, Lyon and Nantes with newly opened offices in Milan, Madrid and Brussels.

Why is Luxembourg a strategic market?

Luxembourg is part of our Benelux development strategy. As Luxembourg has a big variety of profiles (a great range of ages, languages, origins) it is for Visiotalent a very strategic market. We know that a lot of companies in Luxembourg are recruiting not only in Luxembourg but also beyond their borders.

For (potential employers), Luxembourg is still a very interesting market, which is why they often get a lot of response to their job offers. Companies like ING Direct and BDO have already followed us in our journey to Luxembourg. In our global vision of expansion Luxembourg is also a first gateway to expand to Germany.

How does Visiotalent differentiate from competitors?

The biggest difference between Visiotalent and its local competitor is that we are a global player on the market, we don’t only play the local Luxembourgish market but also other big markets as France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.

This has provided Visiotalent with a more global exposure on the recruitment market. Thanks to their international presence, Visiotalent gained a lot of knowledge on for instance the best practices in our European markets, which we then share with our clients so they have an optimum support system. Visiotalent has as goal to provide a full support to all their clients that is given by a Visiotalent team member, who is an expert in the corresponding field.

Today, Visiotalent’s main product is the on-demand video interview, but the start-up also provides more services like Live Video, employer branding, career websites, internal/international mobility.
