C-mine Crib incubator adds additional 1600m² to accommodate startups and student entrepreneurs

Currently, C-mine Crib incubator is home to 50 companies. With additional facilities, this number is expected to double. Anniek Nagels, the chairperson of C-mine Crib, claims, “We aim for 100 companies by 2020!”

Founded in 2013, C-mine Crib provides entrepreneurial support services to creative and innovative business in Genk. The larger space of 1600 m² will bring extra office space, flex spaces and inspirational meeting rooms. In total, the incubator can house additional 50 companies.

Jasper Olaerts, manager at C-mine Crib, explains that the new layout is designed to accommodate the needs and encourage interaction among the residents.

“We want companies to grow by bringing them together, so that they both learn from each other and from our partners.”

We also open our incubator for student entrepreneurs, so they can get to know the entrepreneurial world without any hassle and, in the meanwhile, get supported. In the end, they are the future of entrepreneurial Limburg!”
