OPEN CALL CEF Telecom call is offering €3 million to support innovations

The CEF Telecom call is offering €3 million to support innovations that contribute to the development of European Blockchain Service Infrastructure (EBSI), a joint initiative from the European Commission and the European Blockchain Partnership (EBP) aimed at delivering EU-wide cross-border public services using blockchain technology.

This call aims to enhance the cybersecurity, performance and privacy features of EBSI, set up new EBSI nodes in Member States and support capacity building and training activities targeted at inspiring public service providers to use EBSI. The deadline for this call is 12th May 2020.

As a prelude to the call, the EBSI and EC are hosting an open market consultation webinar on the 27th of April 2020 which applicants are encouraged to attend.
